Ordering Information
How do I order online?
Ordering online is easy and safe. Here's a step-by-step guide:
- Use our search bar or browse by department to find the item you want.
- Click on the item you want.
- Read the product information and choose available sizes and customization options.
- Click Add to Cart.
- You can adjust quantities from the shopping cart.
- Check your order carefully, then click the Check Out button.
- Enter your shipping information, select a shipping type, and click Apply to view your order total, then Continue.
- Enter your payment information and any coupon/gift certificate codes, then Continue. (Your card will not be charged at this step.)
- Review your order one final time, then Submit your order.
Do I have to order online?
We welcome orders by email. You can send your order list to ouzogui@gmail.com.
How do I change my order?
You can change or cancel your order at any time before it enters the shipping process.
Please contact customer service via online chat or email ouzogui@gmail.com as soon as possible.
Important: If you do not receive a confirmation email from us regarding the change, the changes have likely not been made. We cannot modify orders after they have entered the shipping process.
Shipping
When will I receive my order?
Delivery to most addresses occurs within 5 to 25 business days.
Processing may be delayed by: customizations, back-orders, or special orders.
Shipping batches: Orders with less than 15 shirts or 3kg will ship together. Orders exceeding this will be split into multiple shipments.
What shipping method do you use?
We offer free China Post shipping. You can also choose to pay for Express Shipping for faster delivery.
Returns & Policies
What is your return policy?
If you are not 100% satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of receiving the parcel for a full refund.
Conditions:
- Products must be in marketable condition and in original packaging.
- We only accept returns for jerseys without customized badges, names, or numbers.
- Contact us before returning for shipping charge estimates.
- Refunds are processed within 2 days after we receive the returned item.
Product Care
How to maintain your jersey?
- Washing: Many details are hot-transfer printed. We recommend hand washing. If using a machine, turn the jersey inside out.
- Drying: Do not scrub printed areas hard. Avoid prolonged sun exposure. Hang the jersey when not in use.
- Repair: If print peels off, place the jersey flat, cover the design with clean non-stick plastic, and iron at 150°C for 7-8 seconds. Repeat if necessary.
Attention: Do not iron the printed area directly.
